Returning Products
Before returning any product(s) to 'Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist', you must receive authorization from Customer Service by emailing directly at:
Include
- Order Number
- Paintings Name
- Your full Name
- Item(s) you want to return
- Delivery receipt Number
Reasons for returning
Specify reason for return: received incorrect item or size, quality of item not as expected, damaged, etc.. Specify what action you would like us to take for you: Free Replacement or Refund? Wait for Customer Service to e-mail you with your Return Authorization & Instructions. Once we have received your returned item, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the form of a Cheque or postal money order within 14 business days of our receiving your return. Unless it was our shipping error, the customer must pay return shipping charge
Exchanges
Before exchanging any product(s) to 'Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist', you must receive authorization from Customer Service by emailing directly at:

- Item(s) you want to return
- Delivery receipt Number
Reasons for exchanging
Specify reason for exchange: not satisfied or not as expected, etc... Wait for our Customer Service team to e-mail you with your Return Authorization & Instructions. Once we have received your returned item for exchange, we will notify you via e-mail of the expected time of arrival of the exchanged product you have chosen, within 21 business days.
Items returned damaged
We gladly accept any returns that follow the above return guidelines. However, artwork products are very delicate, meaning you need to be extremely careful ensuring the artwork is returned undamaged. If we receive a damaged product as a return and we are unable to re-enter the item into our inventory, Then we can offer you the following options:
- 50% of the purchase price of the product(s)
- Return the damaged product(s)to you at no further charge)
If you use gift certificates
If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be issued as a new gift certificate reflecting a new total so you may use that balance on a future purchase. We will offer a new expiration date on the refunded gift voucher
If you used Coupons
Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional coupon, you will not be refunded for the amount of the coupon, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount
Packaging
If returning or exchanging your product(s) please pack them in the original packaging and include the completed Return Instructions form which you will find on the back of the Packing List included with your order. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Replacement or Refund. Please ensure that the original packing slip is returned with the item(s), so we can process your return in a timely manner. Also make sure to return The 'Certificate of Authenticity' included. No refunds or exchanges can be made until Chris Quinlan Artist receives the returned Artwork in the same order as it was sent and the Original 'Certificate of Authenticity'.
