Processing Time
Paintings will be shipped immediately after purchase and will reach you from 3 to 10 days, commissioned paintings may take up to 21 days to ship.
Shipping Time
We do our best to provide you with accurate shipping times for our products. The times are estimates only. It takes about 6-8 Working Days to most countries, remote countries may take longer. These shipping times are not a guarantee.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled more than 24 hours but within 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price (if the item has not been shipped).
- Orders cancelled more than 72 hours after payment confirmation (and before the item has been shipped) will be eligible for a refund of the shipping costs.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
- If you would like to cancel your order, please email us in the contact page. When you receive an email entitled "Payment Confirmation for Order# XXXXXXX with C.Q.Art & Design," your payment has been confirmed.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are returning an item, please make sure it is in the original condition – brand new, unused and with the original tags and packaging.
- Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received.- Replacements and refunds are not available for paintings with no quality issues.
- Paintings with quality issues are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Returns will not be accepted for slight color or detail differences since oil paintings are painted by hand.
- Returns will not be accepted if the painting is customized or there is deliberate damage.
- Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items - Defective(including inferior quality, scratches, and smudges), damaged or mis-shipped items are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with photographs clearly showing the problem with the items. If you believe your items were damaged during shipping, Customer Service will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier in order to process your refund.
Color Mismatch
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on www.cquinlanart.com. Considering that the oil paintings are all hand-painted, slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on the screen may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.
Overdue Orders
If your order cannot be shipped by the originally stated time, Customer Service will offer you the option of keeping or canceling your product. Customers whose items are overdue no more than 10 days can choose to cancel the product and get a full refund. Customers whose commissioned items are overdue more than 30 days have the option of canceling for a full refund or keeping the product at no cost except shipping fees
Return Process
1. If you choose to return your order you should contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from C.Q.Art & Design- When you receive an email entitled "Shipment Notification for Order# XXXXXXX with www.cquinlanart.com," your order has been shipped.
2. Once we has approved your request, please send the item and the completed Product Return Form back to us as soon as possible.
3. Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you.
