For potential buyers, the service is an opportunity to live with a work before committing to the final purchase. No long term rental is required as we operate on a monthly basis. For corporate clients, the rental of art is a way to enhance a work environment while avoiding the capital outlay required for a purchase. In corporate situations, rental fees are considered a tax-deductible business expense

2. How Art Rental works

Rental periods range from 1 to 12 months. Rental fees range between €3.99 and €19.99 per/week (more on prices) depending on size. Purchase of original Canadian art is a tax-deductible business expense. Gift certificates in any amount are also available.

Below is an art rental price guide. If you rent 5 or more artworks any size, We will offer a 10% discount on overall rates

4. Where we Hire Art

We currently offer art rental services in Ireland only including Northern Ireland.

5. Sizes of Art we Hire

The sizes of art we rent, begin at 20 x 20 inches and can go up to 10ft x 10ft. The price guideline above shows i.e. 20" x 20". this is approximate and can vary length and width subject to customers needs i.e. a painting within the lowest size range of 20"x20" could also be a size of 24"x 32" but will be charged the same as the 20"x20" size. 6. Kind of Art we Lease

Our Artist Chris Quinlan provides paintings in many mediums, themes, styles and sizes. Chris will create extra large paintings up to 10 ft wide and high. You can find some example in the galleries on this site but any painting to suit your needs can be created. No two paintings are the same but can be recreated very similar.

7. Sales Replacments

If Artwork sells, we will replace it within days with a similar or different painting at your request and you will receive a 25% commission

8. Low price Artwork

The artwork we provide is sold at a low price but that does not compromise the quality of the artwork. As the canvases are produced with top quality materials, this cost savings can be passed on to you by way of commission and to the customer for the obvious low prices that can't be beaten

9. Commission Offers

We offer all our customers 5 types of commissions

• 1. Purchase or sell the rented artwork and receive a 25% commission
• 2. If you Decide to purchase the rented artwork then 2 months of the rental fee you paid already will be deducted. The 25% commission fee above will apply to the overall price of the artwork
• 3. With our refferal programme we offer a 10% commission on *Purchased* artwork during the the full term of that new art rental contract and as long as you remain a customer. This offer ceases when you the referer or the new customer cancels their art rental agreement
• 4. Purchase or sell any of the artwork painted by Chris Quinlan and receive 25% commission - All offers are 100% guaranteed see next paragraph
• 5. If you rent 5 or more artworks any size, We will offer a 10% discount on overall rates

10. Free Advertising

All the artwork we rent is displayed for sale on our website, we will list your business as the exhibitor of the paintings in question (unless to wish not to)

11. Cancelling

We offer a 14 cancellation period from the first day of the rental agreement(1st of the month), within this time you can cancel with a full refund of the monthly rental fee already paid in advanced.

After the 14 day cooling off period, You can cancel anytime but you will need to provide at least 2 weeks notice and the months fee paid in advance for that particular month will be non refundable.

There is no cancellation penalties.

Commission offers for future sales on generated business by the Hirer will cease on cancellation and any outstanding commissions on previous sales will be paid in full to you on collection of artwork

Referral commissions cease when the referrer or the new customer cancels their art rental agreement

12. Terms & Conditions of Art Rental

These are the terms & Conditions of the Art Rental services of Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist. These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the Rental Agreement made between Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist and the Hirer.

• Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist, warrants that it is the owner of rental item and is free to provide it to Hirer for the purposes of business art rental
• The Monthly Rental Payment is payable in advance by Direct Debit (or otherwise by prior written agreement with Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist) with the first payment to be made in advance of the start date and subsequent payments at one monthly intervals thereafter
• In the event of any late payment Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist reserves the right a) to terminate the rental hereunder and to collect Rental Item, for which purpose Hirer consents hereby to Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist personnel or agents attending at Premises or Hirer's other premises. Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist further reserves the right to terminate and collect in the event of any other material or repeated breach by Hirer of the terms hereof. Hirer will be responsible for all costs and expenses thereby incurred by Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist, to be paid within 7 days of demand
• Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist will arrange delivery of Rental Item to Premises by Start Date and will arrange collection of Rental Item from Premises at the end of Rental Period. Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist will not invoice Hirer for Delivery Charge as this charge is not payable by the Hirer
• Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist is not at present registered for VAT, but if it becomes so registered in the future, Hirer will also pay VAT at the applicable rate on all charges hereunder on receipt of a VAT invoice from Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist
• In the event of any loss, damage or non-return of Rental Item, Hirer shall be responsible to Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist for the Purchase Price or the costs of repair or replacement of Rental Item, to be paid within 7 days of demand. less 2 months rental fees already paid, if already paid
• Any Deposit will be paid prior to Start Date and will be returned to Hirer within 14 days of collection by Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist of Rental Item at the end of Rental Period, provided that Rental Item is returned in the good condition, and all sums due to Limelight hereunder have been paid
• Hirer warrants that it will:
  a) Hang and display rental item safely and securely.
  b) Maintain all appropriate public liability insurances.
  c) Ensure that Rental Item is fully insured (at no less than Purchase Price) against theft, loss and damage from all other risks.
  d) Only keep Rental Item at Premises and not move it without Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist's written permission.
  e) Not remove any Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist's labels or markings and not hold itself out as owner of Rental Item.
  f) Use Rental Item for decoration and display purposes only and not exploit it in any way. Item can be sold but Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist, must be informed before doing so, failure to to inform Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist before selling rented Item may result in dismissal of commissions offered for sales generated on rental items
• Hirer's rights and obligations hereunder are personal and may not be assigned without Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist's prior written agreement. Hirer's Information collected by Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist will be kept confidential at all times and never passed on to any third party company
• Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist reserves the right to change the terms and Conditions regarding the rental of art by Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist, including those relating to price or availability
• Chris Quinlan - Irish Artist may terminate this art rental service with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. Hirer will be given sufficient notice of any such termination and will be refunded for any losses incurred as a result.
